| There are aspects of real estate sales that seem pretty simple. There are many elements of a transaction, however, that are complicated and daunting. Everyone should have the best representation possible when buying an existing home, a newly constructed home or purchasing the ideal piece of real estate to build on and when Selling their home.
When working with a Buyer, I represent the buyer's best interest in all negotiations and communications with the seller/sellers' broker. I work hard for the buyer. When working with a Seller, I represent the seller's best interest in all negotiations and communications with the buyer/buyer's broker. I work hard for the seller. How much does it cost to work with a Buyer Broker Representative? I am paid by the Seller, Builder, or Listing Company at closing. On rare occasions, we will enter into an agreement with the buyer to receive compensation from the buyer. An example of this would be when the seller or sellers' agent refused to pay a Buyer Broker fee: i.e. Broker who is not a member of the Multiple Listing Service. The bottom line is I work for YOU! My combined eleven years as a closer for a title company, five years as a paralegal and closer for the law firm, plus my five years as a licensed Realtor will save you money and time.
