| There are aspects of real estate sales that seem pretty simple. There are many elements of a transaction, however, that are complicated and daunting. We practice Buyer Broker Representation. We represent the buyer's best interest in all negotiations and communications with the seller/sellers' broker. We always work for the buyer. How much does it cost to work with a Buyer Broker Representative? We are paid by the Seller, Builder, or Listing Company at closing. On rare occasions, we will enter into an agreement with the buyer to receive compensation from the buyer. An example of this would be when the seller or sellers' agent refused to pay a Buyer Broker fee: i.e. Broker who is not a member of the Multiple Listing Service. The bottom line is we work for YOU!
