Buyer Broker Representation
This is the purest form of representation for buyers. Buyer Broker agents have the full fiduciary duties of dealing honestly and fairly, loyalty, confidentiality, obedience, full disclosure, and accounting for all funds. My expertise and knowledge of the market allows me to provide unique, client-level services while protecting the financial interests and personal needs of the buyer. I will not work with a Buyer and the Seller during the same transaction!
How much does it cost to work with a Buyer Broker Representative? I am paid by the Seller, Builder, or Listing Company at closing.
On rare occasions, I will enter into an agreement with the buyer to receive compensation from the buyer. An example of this would be when the seller or sellers' agent refused to pay a Buyer Broker fee: i.e. Broker who is not a member of the Multiple Listing Service.
